We called for someone to come and talk to us about BCI. This man came and he was marvelous. He had this charisma and he seemed honest and very sincere. We love it. The installation went wonderful. They sent two of the nicest fellas. They were very thoughtful. We have a total care son and another son who has special needs, so we're busy. We have a small house and they were very thoughtful of our needs. They didn't do a thing till they asked. I was very impressed. They worked quietly. They didn't bother anybody. They did a beautiful job. They're quality people. We're very pleased with our shower and I love the seat.

Those two guys were also really nice and very polite. Plus, they were very helpful with any questions that we had. They sat down with us and went over everything, what we need to look for, and how we need to take care of it. They really took their time in making sure that we understood what we needed to do for the warranty because the work is guaranteed for life as long as we live here.

I originally had a tub with a shower in it and I had the same thing put back in. The guys who did the work were efficient and I was amazed at how quickly they did it. Because of the speed of how they did it, I didn't think it would look as good as it did. There wasn't anything I saw that I wasn't happy with. Everybody says the bathroom looks nice. The price was more than I thought it would cost to do it, but at the same time, they were cheaper than anybody else that I had come to the house.

Staff

We had a tub/shower combo put in by BCI Bath & Shower. They took out the tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. They also replaced the toilet and the vanity. We had a very long vanity. We shortened it to 4 feet and added a tall cabinet on the side of the vanity. I like having the storage there. We had bought our own flooring and they put in the flooring as well. We bought our own mirror and had an electrician put it in because it had lighting. They didn't wanna touch that. My biggest complaint was they didn't put up any barrier between our bathroom and our bedroom, so the dust was horrendous in our bed bedroom. I have allergies and couldn't sleep upstairs for several days. We had to wipe down every single surface in our bedroom including the walls and doors. But the quality of work was good overall.

The sales rep went out of his way to show us different colors because there were popular colors that everybody wanted to buy. He also showed us other layouts as far as the types of showerhead we could get and the different bars and the placement of the bars. The walk-in shower which we ordered around the end of May was installed in the middle of August. We had done some previous renovation of the upstairs. Our pipes broke, so we had to have the old pipes redone with PVC, and we could never get the door which covered the piping on right. When they tore that up to get to the piping, they ripped up some paneling, and it was a mess. The installer took it upon himself to fix that though that was not part of the plan. His attitude was great. The workmanship was fantastic. It was the best $13,000 I have spent in a long time. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm so happy with BCI Bath & Shower.

BCI Bath & Shower had a good price, and they had a good rep. Everything went all right. The rep was good. He went over everything. He came on the appointed time and had everything ready, explained everything, and had all the samples. We could adjust anything to where we wanted it. It was flexible. And the guys that came and installed it were good, too. It's excellent quality. They had a little problem with the showerhead. It dripped. A couple of days later, a guy came and fixed that. He was in and out of here in 15 minutes.

Staff

BCI came out to strip everything, put a flat walk-in shower in and did a phenomenal job. Put a new sink, a cabinet over my toilet, and did my walls. They were very good. Whoever got them would be lucky. I was very happy. It's a bit easier for my mom to get in so I could get her in and out of the shower better. And they made the sink smaller so we have more room. It's a lot better. It was an old bathroom. Now, it looks nice.

They tore out the old shower and bath and put in a walk-in shower. They were very professional. They were on time and they were in and out. Everything went along just like we planned and without any snags. I highly recommend BCI.

They did the shower and the quality of work is pretty good. The contractor tore out the old one and put in new walls, a base, and some plumbing. What I like the most about the shower is that I can set the temperature and then I go right back to it the next time. My wife likes it, too.

Staff

We did a walk-in shower with BCI. I like it. The installer ran into a bump in the road but that was to be expected. The rep took the time out to reach out to us after the fact.
